Just the Beggining

The theme for this class is All That Is Past Possesses Our Present...The theme will be more relevant as the class continues. The class text Antigones by George Steiner we will not have to read, but we do have to purchase two other books for the class: Metamorphoses-Ovid by Ted Hughes and An Imaginary Life by Malouf. The texts cannot be purchased at the MSU bookstore. Mr. Sexson did mention that they can be purchased online at Amazon. They do not fall into old Greek stories, but do fall into the theme of the class. Anywho this class seems interesting; so looking forward to learning about those crazy Greeks.
